Truly enjoyed reasonably priced breakfasts.

The location was perfect - in the heart of Phuket. It was located in a very nice area really close to both the beach and Bangla road and many pubs, eateries of all kinds, a fine base for me.

Location: the hotel was next to Right on Patong beach, many pubs, eateries, and the beach and nightlife/shops.

Wonderful breakfast and lots of goodies. Amazing service and reasonable value. - Outdoor bar and amazing pool. - Great and lovely location so close to everything you need on a holiday and with a view of the sea.

Staff ,location and ammenties excellent and even though it was central which we did have a concern with noise at night before we left to find there was no noise issue at all.

The location is perfect for the beach, shopping and nightlife.

I spent 11 nights here with my friend and had an outstanding stay overall. the atmosphere created was elegant. - the standard room had climate control, a private safe, and multi-channel television. - the food was tasty overall. - the service was excellent, making the hotel feel newly remodeled.

Location of the hotel .I stayed in 10th floor.The view was amazing.Facilities inside the room also excellent and complete value for money.Travel desk provided good service.Breakfast was simply superb.A Good hotel for family.Pool and Spa were woderful.

Reception was very poor as there was no coordination among staff members.Check- in and Chech-out took long time.The hotel seemed old as some of the furnitures looked old and awkward.No water supply in lavatory (ie) wc is placed seperately outside bathroom.No body lotion in the room.No door for wardrobe where we keep the dress and luggage.

Excellent location to shopping and Bangla Road. We booked 2 x Superior Room at the Garden Wing. The rooms were nice and the bathtub was so cool. The shower was great too! We were very happy with our rooms. The rooms were clean and modern.

The staff at the reception were abit unfriendly and not inflexible.

The delux rooms, with ocean views are simply gorgeous. Friendly, helpful staff & the perfect location in Patong, makes for a great place to stay!

First of all, the staffs were unfriendly and rude. A simple question like "has it rained all week" got this answer: "please look at that" and he pointed to a chart nearby. Then when I got to the room, the toilet cubicle lights were out, a service attendant who looked at it promised someone will fix it soon didnt return and i checked out the next day...lights still out.

The hotel's location is a major advantage, as it is right across from the beach and close to everything. Guests can easily access the lively area of Patong Beach and enjoy the clear waters. The Deluxe Seaview rooms offer awesome views of the sea, providing a wonderful experience for guests. The Siam Pool, tucked away from the main pool, offers a serene and delightful space for relaxation.

Some guests mentioned that the nearby Bangla Road can be noisy at night, with booming bass beats from the party music that can be heard in the rooms until late hours.

The hotel is good but a bit expensive comparing with the offering. it is very close to all hot spots in patong; the beach the wild nightlife and has a good and delicious seafood
